MEAL OF THE WEEK - 7/2

If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, you'll recognize that chicken is a staple in my diet. Whether it's fried, baked, or grilled, you can always count on the bird being present. To switch things up, I decided to trek into the realm of stir-fry. 

Now, forewarning, I won't give away all the details because it's a Connie's Kitchen recipe, but I will lay out some basics that way you don't end up with some bland ass chicken. 

Things you'll need: dry seasoning, soy sauce, vegetable oil, boiled rice (of your choosing), assorted bell peppers, string carrots and any other vegetables you like.
